Overseen by Group Sommelier Kim Bickley, the list offers wines that range from $35 to almost $10,000. With such a diverse selection, including wines dating back to 1910, the team of Sommeliers which includes Italian born Head Sommelier Mauro Bortolato and veteran Sydney Sommelier Paul Gardner, are always on hand to assist with just the right selection. Whether you want to pair the perfect vintage to a gourmet burger in the wine bar or enjoy our Chef’s degustation matched with wines, one of the wine team will be at your service.
