Internationally regarded as a shining example of Australia’s culinary culture, Luke Mangan has become one of the country’s leading chefs and restaurateurs. Sourcing only the highest quality, freshest ingredients, Luke and his team create classic brasserie dishes to delight every palate.

After completing his classical French training under prestigious chefs such as Michel Roux, Luke honed his culinary expertise and inspiration to transform classic dishes into contemporary delicacies with innovative twists. As the current owner and head chef, Luke and his team have created a new standard for Australian hotel restaurants, gaining international admiration and numerous awards.
