An elegantly set table at Glass Brasserie in Sydney CBD featuring a luxurious high tea with a two-tiered golden stand of handcrafted pastries, delicate desserts, and fresh strawberry skewers dipped in rich chocolate sauce. The spread includes gourmet savoury bites like mini sliders, smoked salmon canapés, and cured meats with crispbread, paired with premium tea served in glass teapots and cups.

Our Head Chef Natalie Murphy has created a seasonal, share-style menu especially for Mother’s Day. Mums will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, while a live portrait artist captures the moment — all for $160 per person and $75 per child.
