 The culinary duo will be serving up a collaborative seafood offering packed full of fresh, quality produce from around New South Wales. The dishes, available for a limited time only, will allow Sydney-siders the chance to dine on the refreshing flavours from Noosa’s famous waters without having to board a flight.

Davids King Salmon Ceviche entree is available on our a la carte menu, while his BBQ East Coast Baby Octopus and Local Cuttlefish Linquette are available on our $29 glass Wine Bar Lunch menu, paired with a complimentary glass of wine — the perfect ‘power lunch’.
