menu inspired by the beloved San Francisco Grill, the original restaurant that helped shape
Sydney’s culinary scene. From 8–19 July, we’re reviving some of the era’s most iconic dishes,
including classic steak tartare, tableside service, and of course, a touch of flambéed drama.
